The hotel close to everything ...

A hotel in the area of restaurants, bars and nightlife, and all this within walking distance. It has spacious rooms. During the morning, there is breakfast service in the pool area. An exquisite and super economic menu. Easy check in and check out. All staff strives to provide a super service to their guests.

BAD STAY

WORST STAY WE HAVE HAD, THE ROOM HAD ANIMALS (BUGS) IN THE SHEETS, THE BATHROOM HAD COCKROACHES. DIRTY AND STAINED CARPETS. THE SOFA BED COVER IS STAINED. THE SURROUNDINGS NEEDLESS, NEEDS A LOT OF MAINTENANCE. TOO OUTDATED.

The place is terrible, dirty and falling apart, rooms, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom in general, terrible. I recommend that you go first, do not make a reservation by phone, they will catch you with not returning the money. What a shame it has great potential to improve.

Nice location but needs a remodeling

Visit this hotel for second time. Nothing has changed since the last time I visited, only exterior paint nothing more. The room was spacious with a great cold air conditioner and flat tv with limited channels. The bathroom exhaust sounded like a plane engine but was clean. Its surroundings were very poorly maintained and unsafe. The staff is very friendly and attentive and breakfast is delicious and economical.

I was expecting less

I visit the hotel with my kids and first for the price and a last minute booking in high season i wasnt expecting too much but first the girl in the front desk was very nice and the cleanleness of the room was good the rooms are litle bit outdated but i sleep very well and see the beautifull cabo rojo
