There was insufficient training on proper guest handling and service standards

I regret spending my off day in this hotel. I read reviews i thought is good but when i arrived its odd. They dont know how to welcome a guest specially at Reception no proper training. Some nice people in the restaurant only. This hotel should be 2 star only.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the service was just as bad. The breakfast staff, especially the waiters, were very rude and unprofessional. Their behavior toward children was unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning.
