AN EXPERIENCE WORTH COMING BACK FOR
I had my first visit to Al Messila over the weekend with a friend, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed from start to finish.
My experience actually began with Geraldine from the call centre, who was incredibly helpful in assisting me with selecting the perfect restaurant. She was warm, patient, and professional, and made the entire process so seamless.
When we arrived at Al Messila, the wonderful service continued. We were warmly welcomed by the host and personally escorted to Deli, where we enjoyed a lovely lunch. The attention to detail and genuine hospitality immediately made us feel so welcome.
We later ended our evening at Elixir, where we had the pleasure of trying some South African wine. It was such a lovely way to wind down the day, and the atmosphere and service were once again exceptional.
Even as we waited for our car at the end of the evening, the experience remained special. We were offered Arabic coffee while we waited, which was such a thoughtful and gracious touch and a beautiful way to conclude our visit.
What impressed me most was the consistency of the service throughout the entire experience — from Geraldine’s assistance before we arrived, to the warm welcome at the resort, lunch at Deli, our evening at Elixir, and even those final moments while waiting for our car.
Geraldine and the entire Al Messila team truly went above and beyond. As a first-time visitor, I left genuinely impressed and with such a wonderful impression of the resort.

Excellent Service
Great experience at the Cigar Lounge! Houssam the barista and Jamali the supervisor provided an excellent service and were very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was also really nice and relaxing. Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Exceptional Stay — The Warmest Hospitality We Have Ever Experienced
Being part of a family of travel agents, I have stayed in so many hotels in different countries over the past almost 40 years, but I have never had such a great relationship with the staff at a hotel like I did here. Every single person was so genuinely warm and welcoming — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
From reception to restaurants, pool to housekeeping, every interaction was full of kindness, care and professionalism. You can really feel this team cares fortheir guests.

Reception and Guest Relations: Merce, Ranel, Lulu, Angelika and Zinmar — so warm, attentive and ready to support us.
Merce and Rane,.you related with me often- Absolutely impeccable.
Restaurant staff: Michelle, Andrew, Seema, Jona, Patrick and Buada — fantastic service and made every meal memorable.
Chefs: Mehmet and David — amazing food, thank you and all the chefs.
The cake made and joy the whole restaurant bought to my daughter's birthday will be a memory she will cherish.
Room maintenance: Kian and Suman — kept everything perfect. Also did an incredible set up for my parent's 55th anniversary and did with Zinmar for my daughter's 8th birthday.
Pool: Kennedy and Ahtesham. The conversations and kindness.
Concierge: Mohammed Roshan, Ashu and Raman — incredibly helpful in all aspects of travel.
Wheelchair provided by: Waqas Ahmed — thank you for your assistance.
And even the staff at security — always so polite and welcoming.
The Marriot, Al Mesilla resort and spa, are fortunate and blessed to have their staff. All staff were brilliant.

Two notes to clarify for families as it is a family friendly resort-
The Kids Club is at a surcharge, and the indoor pool is in the Wellness Centre and as it’s part of a spa facility, it is not accessible to under 18s.

Wonderful Stay with Amazing Food & Exceptional Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful experience at the property. The property is very beautiful and well maintained, and all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.
The food at Taj Rasoi was amazing, and the service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I would especially like to appreciate Dirshya, Joyal, Chef Kanal, Rehan, and Kiran for their excellent service, hospitality, and warm attitude.
