Amazing experience at Backyard IBIS
A special thank you to Suraj, the bartender, who truly knows how to make guests feel welcome. His cocktails were perfectly crafted, his recommendations were spot on, and his friendly personality created such a fun and relaxed atmosphere. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it shows in every interaction. He is a real asset to the team.
I also want to recognize Priyanka, the manager, whose leadership is clearly reflected in the excellent service throughout the venue. He was attentive, professional, and made sure every guest was well looked after. It’s rare to see a manager so engaged and committed to delivering such a high standard of hospitality.
The combination of great drinks, fantastic service, and a welcoming atmosphere makes the Backyard one of the best places to unwind. If Ibis is looking at future promotions or recognizing outstanding employees, Suraj and Prakash have certainly earned it. Their dedication and professionalism set the standard for what exceptional hospitality should look like.
I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be recommending this place to friends and colleagues. Five stars all the way!
