Disappointing experience at Pand House Club.

I had a very bad experience at Pand House Club. The security staff behaved unprofessionally, and the incident resulted in injuries. Guests should feel safe and respected, but this was not the case. I hope management investigates this matter seriously and takes appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Good experience

Very good experience from the moment you arrive at the hotel, the reception staff is very friendly and very willing to help us. They gave us the possibility to be in a better room with a very nice view! We felt very welcome and safe.
Super good cleanliness and breakfast too.
