First impression

Sleepover was the most relaxing experience I’ve had in the airport for my long transit. Easy to find. Quiet cozy rooms, and Cherry Rofa Rochelle was absolutely helpful throughout the check in and check out process. This being my first time I am extremely impressed and satisfied. Thank you Cherry.

Hamad sleepover airport

Was amazing to have a shower and a nap. Cherry Rochelle Rofa was very welcoming. Great service overall.

Love sleep pods!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were well maintained and clean. I felt comfortable and slept well.

Did manage to get sleep, bedding wasn’t changed though, desk staff were busy chatting amongst each other and attention to guest took time, showers were clean and well equipped. Times could be more flexible.

Horrible!

I accidentally booked the wrong date. I contacted them within the hour that I made my booking and they were zero help. They took my money without giving me a refund or saving my paid hours for another visit. Horrible customer service. They basically stole my money. It was one hour after booking, they definitely could have tried to work something out. Don't waste your time. Use other sleeping pods or hotels in Doha
