Excellent, I recommend the hotel.

I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the receptionist, Mr. Akram, for his excellent service and high level of professionalism. He was extremely kind and respectful, quick to respond to requests, and keen to provide the best service with all attention and a smile. His refined manner had a great impact on making my stay more comfortable, and he deserves all praise and appreciation. Thank you to him and the hotel management for this exceptional level of service.
