Dear Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. As a five-star property, I expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness, service, and attention to detail.
From the beginning of our stay, the overall experience was far below expectations. The reception experience was unwelcoming, and throughout the stay, even simple requests required repeated calls and long waiting times. On one occasion, I had to call more than three times and wait over 30 minutes simply to receive the invoices I had requested.
More concerning was the condition and cleanliness of the room. Several items and facilities were either dirty, poorly maintained, or not presented to the standard expected from a five-star hotel, including the carpet, kettle, iron, and espresso machine. I have photographs documenting these issues.
After speaking with the duty manager, I was eventually moved to another floor. However, this also meant that I had to pack, organize, and move all of my belongings because of problems that should never have existed in the first place.
I appreciate that the duty manager offered food and beverages and sent a small fruit plate. However, I do not consider this an adequate resolution or compensation for the overall experience, particularly considering that my family and I had booked two connecting rooms and expected the level of service associated with a five-star hotel.
A complimentary meal, beverages, a small fruit plate, and relocating me to another room do not address the inconvenience, poor cleanliness, repeated service delays, and disruption we experienced.
I am therefore requesting that hotel management review this matter seriously and provide appropriate compensation that reflects the extent of the inconvenience and the standard that your hotel claims to provide.
I have photographs documenting the condition of the room and the issues mentioned above, and I am prepared to attach them to this complaint.
I would appreciate a proper response from senior management and a fair resolution to this matter.

Fantastic hotel
The hotel in a great location the rooms are a great size as for value for money fantastic . The is super clean and zero noise so great a good night sleep the service from the staff is fantastic and amenities are also great with a gym/pool and a great view and the beach is 100 meters away

Great hotel and service
Visiting Wyndham Grand West Bay Beach hotel is always a pleasure. Great location, great amenities and high level service. Spacious rooms, very clean and very comfortable. Pillows, blankets and bed sheets feel like at home. Beach just across the road for those coming on vacations. Very friendly and professional staff! Best Hotel Stay Ever - Highly Recommend
Our stay at Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, professional and always happy to help with a smile. The service was incredibly prompt, and any request was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
The hotel has an excellent range of amenities, making it perfect for both families and couples. Everything is very well maintained, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. The attention to detail throughout the hotel really stands out and shows how much the team cares about providing guests with a first-class experience.
The rooms are modern, spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The lifts are impressively fast, which makes getting around the hotel very convenient.
The location is another huge advantage, with easy access to City Centre Mall, Doha sands beach, attractions, restaurants and shopping while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.
Overall, every part of our stay exceeded expectations.
