An excellent service 3* hotel with very friendly staff and reasonable rates

The hotel is set in an apartment building that has been entirely refurbished and appropriately endowed. Rooms and the adjacent bathrooms are very large and all needed amenities are provided. There is no restaurant on property (they only have a small breakfast room), but there are several delivery restaurants in town, and a few options are within short walking distance (I recommend the Conciato with its fine cuisine, relaxed terrace, good music and theatre shows). Don't be put back by the fact that the hotel is not right in the centre, that is easily reached on foot. Staff were excellent, friendly and always ready to serve; they obliged with the richest packed breakfast we have ever had (we checked out at 5 AM) and they went out of their way with some papers a colleague forgot in the room. Recommended.

Terrifying

I can say the rooms are nice and clean, but there is a big problem with cockroaches. I had to sleep with the light on all night. I have already brought this to the attention of the hotel administration.

Hotel below expectations

Really bad organization, with Wi-Fi not working at all. Breakfast is practically ridiculous, poor and of poor quality and at 7 am it is still not ready as stated. The rooms are redone at five in the afternoon. Really disappointing

Bad organisation

I checked in at 10:30, received the room key and informed that I would be at the venue after an event at 03:00. I asked if there would be someone at the reception at that time but it was not confirmed. I return at that time, unlock the door and surprise: a couple was already staying in my room. No one at the reception. I call the hotel, nothing. I had to sleep elsewhere. The next day they called me to bring the key, with no intention of apologizing for what happened. I asked why there was no one at the reception and was told: "my colleague was sleeping". Their explanation was that they called for some unknown reason that evening to confirm whether I was coming or not and I didn't pick up the phone. (after I came in the morning, said at what hour I would come and got the key, what other confirmation do you need?). How can you give a key to a room to another couple when someone already has a key there? Why isn't someone at the front desk all the time? I could get another room or fix the problem but no. we sleep. I wish I could do that too. 0/5

Nice hotel

Only here for a couple of days with my partner and 2 small children, the hotel is central for our needs,. It is very clean and the breakfast had a good choice.
What makes this hotel is the friendly and professional staff, they are a credit to the management.
Will return when back in the area.
