⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful hotel with excellent service and stylish ambiance!
My stay at the Best Western Central Hotel in Arad was consistently excellent and positively surprised me in many ways. This hotel impresses with cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and a great location. In my opinion, this hotel clearly deserves 6 stars.
The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a stocked minibar or refrigerator provided additional comfort. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent cleanliness throughout the room area. The bed was also extremely clean and comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well.
The bathroom was also in impeccable condition. Everything was hygienically clean and modernly equipped. Toiletries were, of course, available. You can immediately tell that this hotel places great importance on order, cleanliness, and the well-being of its guests.
The staff was always very friendly, polite, and helpful. Although not all employees speak English, communication was still friendly and problem-free. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's great hospitality: Due to my night departure, I even received a very generous lunch package for the journey — a truly wonderful and very thoughtful gesture that is by no means a given these days.
Breakfast was offered starting at 7:00 AM and was very delicious as well as sufficiently varied. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offers hot meals until 10:00 PM, making lunch and dinner easily possible. The quality of the food was very good, and the entire culinary offering made a high-quality impression.
Especially nice are the stylish seating options in both the indoor and outdoor areas. Directly at the hotel, there is a small, very well-maintained park with a wonderful atmosphere where one can relax beautifully. The breakfast room and the lounge areas are also very elegantly and tastefully furnished, conveying a pleasant, upscale ambiance.
The parking options are also excellent. Guests have access to free and monitored parking directly at the hotel, which is a significant advantage for travelers with a car. Credit card payment is, of course, also possible.
The central location of the hotel is also very positive. The city center of Arad, with its attractions, museums, churches, restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities, can be easily reached on foot. Public transportation is also just a few steps away, allowing one to explore the city without any issues.
An elevator is available; however, the hotel is not fully accessible, as there are stairs in some areas. In the outdoor area, there are ramps, and additional assistance options may be available if needed. Despite this minor limitation, the hotel overall made a very well-kept and comfortable impression.
I particularly enjoyed the quiet and pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel. Although there is no traditional 24-hour reception, a continuous security or guard service provides a sense of safety around the clock.
Overall, my stay at the Best Western Central Hotel Arad was excellent. Cleanliness, friendliness, comfort, gastronomy, and location are all at a very high level. I always felt very comfortable there and would gladly return.

Old communist style built hotel. Rooms are clean but outdated. Hotel is kept in the dark : dim lights to save energy like the reception desk and the restaurant. Shower in the room is small and hard to get in and out .Leaks all over the floor too. A/C panel to adjust the cold and hot room temperature is 30 years old and doesn't work right. Breakfast was not good with only few choices.Food was old and gave my wife stomach problems. Staff very friendly. However I don't recommend this hotel. Expensive for what they offer.
