Disappointing
Restaurant
Dinner was very disappointing — the food was so bad that we chose to eat elsewhere. Breakfast was somewhat better, but we noticed plates that were not properly clean. There were no fresh juices available.
The New Year’s Eve festive dinner was a major disappointment: only a few appetizers that did not look fresh, followed three hours later by a fish dish with a sauce that had an unpleasant smell. The theme was supposed to be Gatsby, yet the music was exclusively traditional folk music, which was completely inappropriate.
A brunch was organized on January 1st, but guests had to wait 15–20 minutes past the scheduled time while the staff finished setting up the buffet.
Room
There are no shelves or drawers for storing clothes, only space for hangers. The room is not equipped with basic amenities such as an iron, toothbrush, or toothpaste. There is a general lack of attention to detail — many items are damaged, dirty, or poorly maintained.
One positive aspect is the playground located near the breakfast area.
There is an outdoor jacuzzi available upon request, but it lacks proper facilities: no changing room, no bathroom, not even a warm transition area. It is located directly outside a cold billiard room, which makes it very uncomfortable to use.
Location
The panorama is beautiful — high mountains can be seen directly from the window. The area is quiet, with very little traffic nearby.
The hotel offers free shuttle transfer to the ski slope; however, in our case, we called around five times to be picked up on the way back and no one answered. As a result, we had to walk 1.8 km at night carrying our children.

Worst experience
My stay at this supposed 4-star hotel was a complete disaster. In addition to absurd rules, dismal cleanliness, and an unprofessional staff, the location was equally terrible. Constantly harassed by nonsensical regulations, coupled with the audacity to charge high prices for such a dismal experience, I am vehemently declaring that I will never return to this establishment. Save yourself the misery and steer clear of this poorly managed and poorly located hotel.

Absolutely not
The rooms and the pool are ok, but the staff is absolutely unqualified, as is the hotel manager. Totally persifant attitude. We probably needed to be at least the president of the country to be treated with the minimum of respect. The food in the restaurant is terrible and it takes 30 min for a soup, which they brought cold. We returned it for reheating and it was brought to us after 10 minutes, guess how? Still cold. Also, the potatoes were probably collected from other previous orders (I leave a picture). ABSOLUTE DISAPPOINTMENT.

i liked the view and the space in the room. comfortable beds.
although, they complained that we used the elevator.
they didn’t let us to move in the hotel nor exist from it from a certain hour.

Very disappointed
Forat i can say that the check in at 4pm is a bit late to be honest , when you get there there is nobody in the reception you have to look everywhere to find them , at the restaurant you wait 20min for the lady to take your order , food is not good the pork stake was raw and at the end the lady does never have change to give you , at the massage same thing I had to look everywhere for the lady to see where I have to go , very rude staff and also they look like very bored of what they doing , checkout same thing nobody at reception and they also added that we used drinks from the fridge which we didn’t but anyway
Very pricey for what they give
