An Unforgettable Stay – Exceptional Spa and Wonderful Staff!
I recently stayed at this AA-rated hotel and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The standout feature was undoubtedly the spa – beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly relaxing. The treatments were top-tier, and the facilities (sauna, steam room, and pool) made it easy to unwind and truly disconnect.
What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. From the warm greeting at reception to the attentive team in the restaurant and the spa therapists who made us feel completely at ease, their hospitality really stood out. You can tell they care about making guests feel valued.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts you’d expect from a top-tier hotel. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning – fresh, high-quality ingredients and plenty of choice.
If you're looking for a relaxing escape with a luxurious spa experience and staff who go above and beyond, I highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely be returning!

Not what is advertised

On Booking.com will have a Spa and services for massage and treatment. But is a different location for spa and massage services called Tisa Aqua Park. So no posibilitate to have te services advertised on site in one location. The location is old on furniture and building. Pictures for advertising are 50 % more attractive then reality. Will update on food. Location is good lots of places to walk. The price for the night is 140 euros so didn’t expect to have so many surprises.

Joy and silence along with well deserved rest.

We've booked 2 rooms for our family. Everything was outstanding starting with the clean bathrooms, nice and big balconies, tidy and clean sheet beds and the hotel facilities.
The pool is big enough for everybody, the saunas diversified.
One of the nicest things was the fresh perfume smell around the pool when we first got in the hotel.
We got breakfast in the morning and i must say that it was really surprising compared with other experiences.
10 out of 10 for the staff reception as well, as they were helpful with all our requests.

Loved it!

Excellent! Loved every second of it!
Amazing food, very clean room with a nice view. Great relaxation at the pool area also the spa as well . We had a very pleasant stay so we will definetely be back soon!

Starting from the reception where the very friendly staff and the rest of the staff have a professionalism that you rarely meet in Romania. Accommodation, meals and treatment that make you feel good! A pleasant holiday. I RECOMMEND. I will came back definitely
