Dreadful experience. Avoid.

There was a function going on at the hotel so there was no service for other guests. We arrived in the afternoon and were told the restaurant was unavailable that evening, and that even a simple cup of tea was not possible. When we came back to the hotel after supper in the old town the music was so loud the walls were shaking. No apologies were given for this dreadful experience. The music went on through the evening until around 11pm.

Good value for money

I stayed there for 2 nights. A little far from the center (20-25 minutes walk). And even if the receptionist had advised us to go on foot we preferred to approach with the car: the parking lots, after 18:00, are free and we had no difficulty parking near the pedestrian area. Very good breakfast, nice room all with carpet, good cleaning.
Definitely great value for money. Positive judgment, if I come back from Bistrita I will gladly return.
