I'm not coming back again!
The holiday turned into a total fiasco.
In short, the prices in the restaurant are excessively high, 3 stars Michelin, or 5 star hotel, every meal, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, starting from 300 lei upwards, without ordering anything extravagant. For example, a chicken coanel in the oven with a baby pilaf liner costs 70 lei. The playground inside the restaurant, under any criticism. Dirty, narrow, unsuitable for a young child. My son was the only one who played in his stockings, being inside, the other children were running in their boots, including the 2 mini-slides.
Room cleaning: although the rooms are clean when the tourists arrive, after their accommodation, absolutely no one passes for 3 days to check or change the towels. Even if they are spacious rooms, suitable for 4-5 star hotels, they still intentionally use the 3 star rating to avoid using detergent for changing towels or sanitizing the room. However, the prices for accommodation are equivalent to units classified with 4 or even 5 stars. On the third day of accommodation, around 9 a.m., we asked for our towels and bed linen to be changed, informing them that after lunch, we would return with the child to the room to get his afternoon sleep. At 13:30, nothing had changed in the room, the towels and linen were the same as I had left them. I called and asked to clean the room and bring clean towels. I went out with the child to walk him for another 30 minutes in the car, because it was a rainy weather. Because he fell asleep, we returned to the room in the evening and were stuck with indignation: there was no cleaning at all, only the dirty towels were changed, and the balcony door was open, and the room was very cold. I called the reception and asked for clarification. Their response was that they had priority for cleaning the rooms that had just been released, by the departure of the tourists. Because we extended our stay by another day, we were exempted from these services. I warned that I would write a review on Trib Advisor. After 30 minutes, a lady in charge of cleaning appeared at our room, who apologized, blaming for the discomfort, the Nepalese employees, who did not understand their instructions. Of course, I did not accept the so-called justification.
Great attention to travel through the resort: the hotel complex is crossed by several alleys and streets that connect the villas of the restaurant, theatre, recreational places, including "Valley with stories." The southern villas being more distant, and the pedestrian area ffff steep, we had to use our own car to move to the main attractions, including the restaurant. Tourists are not warned at the resort accommodation that they are on public roads (str. Alunis), convinced that they are on private roads, so they can afford to consume alcoholic beverages at the restaurant. I noticed neighbors in the villa where we were accommodated that they did so and confessed to me that they did not know that they were on the road, believing in a private and closed resort.
In conclusion: although they have conditions for 5 stars, they offer services for 3 stars to optimize costs. Accommodation and meals are for 5 stars. I have seen a few hotels in my life, including 3 and 5 stars, but I have never experienced such a disappointing experience anywhere. A pity of location and investment. A dream space, but optimized at the expense of tourists. I will not return to this place soon.

Ok but never again.
The atmosphere ok. I had The mascotele room (culita) .
The food ok, but here i have to say something. I paied 3600 lei for 3 nights 2 adults and a 4 years boy.
The all inclusive include 3 meals/day (not enough all The time - ex in The morning we had 1 egg with some cheese and cucumber - 1 egg!!! At that money) , we only had 1 bottel of water per table and thats it, for 3 People. If you needed more, you had to payroll extra.
We were not allowed to stay and eat outside- only for a la carte customers. Why? I didnt paid enough?
No.. this is not all inclusive and the money I paid were way to much.
Never again!

Pleasant stay, but poor condition of the animals.

A very disappointing part of the park
Entering the internal structure intended for the farm, we found very confined spaces, little ventilated and with a strong and persistent smell. The overall impression was that of a poorly maintained environment from a hygienic point of view.
Several animals were kept in conditions that seemed limiting to us: little space to move, tight enclosures and management that did not convey particular attention. Some appeared visibly stressed.
In particular, we were struck to see a horse and a pony tied up in very small spaces, and a calf separated from its mother, agitated and in an obvious state of discomfort.
Another aspect that puzzled us was the difficulty in finding clearly accessible clean water points for all animals.
Overall, the visit to the animal area was not in line with the expectations of a place that is also suitable for families and children.
We believe that the situation deserves more attention, especially as regards animal welfare.

Abused and sad animals
Inside the closed structure destined for the farm I found very small spaces, poorly ventilated and with an intense smell, an obvious sign of poor hygiene. The environment was heavy and poorly cared for.
Several animals were kept in conditions that seemed limiting to me: little space to move, tight fences and little care. I saw a horse and a pony tied up in boxes too small for their size, goats crowded and a very young calf separated from its mother, visibly agitated.
One aspect that struck me particularly was also the difficulty in identifying the presence of clean and easily accessible water for animals.
Overall, the feeling has been of a neglected environment, where animal welfare does not seem to be a priority.
Considering that the place is also frequented by families and children, I believe it is essential to ensure adequate standards and respectful conditions.
I hope that the situation will be checked and improved as soon as possible.
