Great location, very nice apartment

The apartment is very well located, close to the University in Bucharest, and very easy to find. The person who met us was extremely prompt and helpful, he helped us find a parking place very quickly, though parking in the area may be a problem. He also helped us with a second key, which we needed. The apartment was very well equipped (slippers, iron, toiletries, there were also complimentary tea bags, coffee, and sugar bags in the kitchenette, also candies, which I thought it was a nice touch). The apartment also had a small balcony to the main street. The owner was flexible with the check-in, since we arrived before 2.00 p.m., and we appreciated it very much. Due to the wonderful location, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, also many shops. A little more attention should be paid to cleaning, though (a dirty mug in the kitchen cupboard, the rugs near the bed were not very clean, the toilet...). However, the bed sheets and the towels were impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We will consider going there again!

Awfull apartment

Disgusting apartment with dust everywhere no curtains so everyone can see you from the outside. The guy will ask for cash payment upon arrival but will never give you a receipt. Condoms in the tables and a balcony with garbage ( an old plastic air condition for table for cigaretes and something else covered in black plastic garbage bug). He will also cancel your booking so as not to write something bad for them. Its in a non safe place with broken doors .

Great location but dirty apartment

We stayed here before, and it was ok at the time, due to the great location. However, meanwhile the dirtiness added up, and we weren't as comfortable as before: dirty cups in the kitchen cupboard, hairs on the bed-sheets (that didn't belong to us), which made us wonder if the sheets had been washed/changed before our arrival, very dirty rugs on the sides of the bed, grayish towels, and many cockroaches in the bathroom. In addition, the apartment was more expensive, though the conditions were worse, it was much dirtier. We will not go there again, and I don't recommend it.

Un piacevole soggiorno

Appartamento in posizione comodissima e centrale,a due passi dalla fermata del tram.
Il palazzo è vecchio ma l'appartamento è in parte ristrutturato. Unica pecca la poca pulizia delle scale del palazzo e che in cucina mancavano alcuni utensili come ad esempio uno strofinaccio o una spugna. Inoltre non funzionava il bollitore.
Check in semplicissimo tramite whatsapp con istruzioni molto dettagliate.
Il prezzo davvero conveniente,ritornerei volentieri.

Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo

Appartamento in posizione perfetta vicino all’università e al quartiere Lipscani. Consigliato soprattutto a chi vuole spendere poco e non pretende più di tanto. C’è comunque una piccola cucina dove si possono preparare pasti veloci, due stanze molto comode e balcone con vista su una delle piazze principali. Forse si può fare qualcosa in più dal punto di vista igienico, ma visto il prezzo di 22€/notte direi che si può chiudere un occhio.
