Freezing Experience at a Mountain Retreat

I had a very unpleasant experience at this mountain location due to the complete lack of heating. The rooms were freezing throughout our stay, and the heating system didn’t work at all. During the cold season, this is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering the high price of accommodation.
We tried addressing the issue with the staff, but their responses were vague, and the problem was never resolved. Instead of enjoying a relaxing getaway, we spent our time trying to stay warm.
Although the scenery is beautiful, the lack of basic comfort and poor management completely ruined the experience.
I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially during the colder months.
I will definitely not return.
