I love it ! Totally worth the price

Very nice place for a family vacation with your beloved ones. Easy and quick access to the swimming pool,they have one for kids too. Nice restaurant close by the pool. The staff is great and friendly,especially Mrs Adela is amazingly friendly and very helpful with a great attitude and smiling personality. Totally worth it!

BAD BREAKFAST TERRIBLE

Unfortunately because of the very BAD BREAKFAST to rate this hotel 2 stars max .
The staff in the morning at the breakfast area very rude and you have to ask them 5 times to put more food or fruits .
AGAIN THE BREAKFAST IS TERRIBLE
There’s was a lot of people complaining about the very poor food and that was nothing to eat …

Only a 3-star hotel

When we arrived, the room they put us in was smelly and noisy, so we had to ask for another room. We could not find a parking spot because there aren't enough and had to leave the car across the street. The lady at the reception never mentioned what time is breakfast and lunch and didn't bother to give us bracelets unless we finally saw other guests and asked for them. We didn't have remote controls in the room for the AC and the TV set. The bath tub was clogged after each shower. They would leave the lights on for each balcony till 11.30 pm with no appreciation for guests' preferences or even sustainability. Pool was cold, not sure if they give you towels because nobody communicates anything. To us, this was definitely a 3-star experience and not close to a 4-star hotel. Not planning to come back anytime soon!

too expensive for what it offers

Overrated hotel considering the price (110-150 euro/night)
Good things
- pool
- hot wather at the pool shower
- good breakfast
Bad things
- very small room
- not very clean ( a little more attention to details)
- the room could be better equipped (ex: replace plastic glass with glass ones)

Great hotel

Pros:
- hotel layout and design
- modern room with all amenities
- comfy bed
- good continental breakfast
- pool area and lounge was always super clean and spacious with towels for all loungers and pool toys for kids and grown-ups
- live music in the evenings
- a lot of lounge area to sit and relax
- all rooms had balconies
- staff cleaned every day
Cons
- getting coffee in the morning was a challenge as the espresso machines were not the fastest
- terrace/restaurant did not serve any of pizza dishes mentioned in the menu
- terrace/pool bar could not serve any gin cocktails or frappe style coffees one day (same day, how can they remain out of milk I didn't get)
