Very nice and clean hotel

Very nice and clean hotel. Checkin was very quick and professional. Miss Rene was very polite. Room was big and comfortable bed. Breakfast has lots of fresh local food as well as international. There is closed parking . Highly recommend and definitely will stay again.

Unpretentious hotel

Hotel located in a strange position, inside a big building. There is enough parking outside. The normal room, specially furnished, unconventional, nice idea. The clean bathroom is very nice. Three stars for the location, and for the fact that we never saw any of the staff even though we stayed one night, we arrived in the evening and could not contact anyone to get in for 15 min good in the cold. Then by phone we managed, everything ok very kind. Recommended if you are not looking for a luxury hotel and you can move by car

NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THE HOTEL SO HORRIBLE AND ROTTEN

First time in my whole life, where I see that we attach the sheets to the mattress with needles!!!!!!
I felt it stung me, but I thought it was probably the feathers on the duvet.
To my pleasant surprise, when I came to my bed, after taking a shower, I stuck a needle in my ass.
I was shocked I couldn't believe it, so I undid the sheets and found some more.
I've never seen people this dumb in my life.
Not to mention the heating that turns on only in the evening and cuts off the day mdr and of course the humidity.
To scratch forever!!!!!

Stay here ONLY if there are no better options available.

It was difficult finding parking in the lot. Very crowded area. They have an underground garage that is accessible only by climbing all the way up to the hotel and asking the hotel clerk to open the garage door for you (using their small hand-held remote). This works if you are traveling with another adult who can do that, but if you are traveling alone, where would you park your car to go up to the reception desk to ask them for the remote to the garage? It's a Catch-22 situation. Breakfast was in a VERY crowded room with tiny rickety tables & chairs. Our bedroom smelled musty.

A chic place

I was forced to come to Cluj without any preparation so I reserved the first place I found. But was a nice surprise, a chic hotel. Small but with taste and a special flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful. About the place I say one more thing: very Instagramly
