⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay – highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Kote Haus. The place is very clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, perfect for a comfortable stay.
The location is convenient, the room was well equipped, and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the beginning. Everything was exactly as described.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Kote Haus to anyone visiting the area.

No HOT water in shower.

Appreciated the location and window quality but missed shampoo and toiletries and HOT Water in the shower.
The bed was bad but I don't have sleep issues. They could have had another blanket .
I'm surprised it got such high reviews. I'm thinking 53eu nightly is high for Romania. Can't recommend.

Dirt and filth in a Cluj apartment

Absolutely disgusting.
Does not meet the basic standards of hygiene.
The entrance is a dumpster. You have to go through the dirt and rubble. Filthy place.
Basic facilities. Shower leaks,.curtain needs a change.
Bathroom floods.
Spartan bed. Thin duvet from the last war.
No service, no cleaning, no change of sheets or towels.
Absolutely third world. There are much better places for the same money.
