Hotel with a view of the city
The Villa is located outside the city center and is on a hill. The hotel is very nice with a nice swimming pool in the center and lawn around it. The structure is modern and the rooms are on the ground floor with large windows and an external sitting area overlooking the garden. Spacious and clean rooms, the bathroom walls are entirely made of glass, partially obscured by etched glass for a minimum of privacy, definitely impressive. The hotel has parking and a restaurant where you can eat very well. The owner is Italian, so the cuisine is excellent. They have both Italian and Romanian and also Brazilian dishes. Absolutely worth trying also for the atmosphere inside the bar - restaurant. Absolutely worth trying if you are in these parts...

Bad experience
We came to Cluj for 2 days and we chose this accomodation due to it's pool.
The experience was not great. It was summer and the air conditioner in the room was not working so it was very very hot in the room. Also, there is no fridge in the room so you cant drink a cold drink unless you buy from the reception were the prices are very high. The acces to this place is hard as there is no public transport from here. If you have a car get ready for a bad country road, about 1.5 km. It is very far from the centre and i don t think taxi comes here to pick you.
Be aware that the bathroom has glass walls so make sure you get separate rooms if you don t come as a couple or you don t want to see your roomate using the bathroom.
Pro:The staff is nice and the pool is great for a summer day. It is also very nice that there are not so many people at the pool.

Nice and quiet place
We arrived here late in the evening and the view of Cluj is very nice. Yes, the road is gravel, but it cand be done even with a Ferarri. The rooms are OK, the bathqroom is all glass and the pool is a nice touch. The best thing is it's quiet. We could sleep till 10 AM. We will come back for sure.

Very private
The location looks ok, the pool is a good touch, the rooms are at a good price. Suitable for parties, no neighbours. Locals know it as a former swing place before being opened to the public. The road to get there is a nightmare, and no lights at night time, the cabs refuse to come to the address.

shabby rooms and dangerous dog
This pension has a very nice location in Cluj with a great view but that's all that is positive here. The rooms are shabby and need an urgent renovation! The service is not good at all, the food you can forget about it. And in plus they have a dangerous dog running around there that is attacking new visitors, I was scared to get killed by it! Don't go there because Cluj has so many nice hotels and pensions but this one is not worth your money.
