Exclusively for food!

My review is write exclusively for food (grilled ribs) they were the best ribs I've eaten so far. Cooked excellently, the bare bone comes out of the meat. The taste was magnificent! 10+ or 6 star from 5 The young lady who served us brought us a small appetizer, from the house, a few bruschettas before ordering. Very nicely arranged, tasty and well served. Everything to the superlative!

Is this really a boutique hotel?

Staying at the "boutique hotel" at night began with us being greeted by a crowd of teenagers, among whom was the receptionist, dressed in a stretched-out tank top and flip-flops. We immediately thought we had come to the wrong place. She was not friendly, and we had to ask questions ourselves about how to get to our room, which floor it was on, and what time breakfast was.
There was a lot of noise, even with the windows closed, as the hotel is located on a party street where loud music played from nearby restaurants.
We had problems with the shower: the water wouldn’t drain and would spill into the room. The bathroom door was already swollen and didn’t close properly, indicating that this problem wasn’t new. Using the hairdryer was impossible because the floors were constantly wet. We asked the staff to change our room, but they refused and instead left rolled-up towels in the shower.
On the second night, the electricity went out in the rooms. The air conditioners stopped working, making the room very stuffy. We couldn’t open the window because seagulls were squawking and keeping us awake. In the morning, the technician never showed up. The reception area had electricity.
The service was very poor. We couldn’t properly use the amenities we paid for. Water from the shower spilled onto the carpet in the room, and it was impossible to use the hairdryer due to the risk of electric shock since water was everywhere. The safe didn’t work. None of these issues were fixed. We approached the staff several times, reported the problems in our room, and asked to be relocated, but we were told the system wasn’t working.
The staff were not inclined to accommodate guests or solve problems. No one apologized for the inconveniences or offered any form of compensation.

It's a pity for the location

Arrived Sunday after a trip of 1000 km and I had asked for a quiet king room. The room was spacious but looking over the restaurant which was operated by the hotel. At that evening they had life music event. When I asked what time they would stop playing the first answer was "I don't know" from the rude receptionist. Googled the quiet hours and found out that in Constanta it is between 22:00 to 07:00 hours. Called them at 23:20 to let them know that they have exceeded the peace hours and they told me that they would stop 23:30. At 23:45 I contacted the reception again and threatened that I would call the police. After a minute the music stopped.
The room 101 was spacious with a small dark bathroom. Could not shave properly.
The carpet in the room was with stains as well as the staircases in the alleyway.
Breakfast was in the Lebanese restaurant and was Lebanese. Flies were flying over uncovered food, no bread available other than pita bread, no cereals and no juice was available. So I had coffee and croissant for 5 days. Not bad but poor.
The last 36 hours the central AC broke and the room and the hotel areas were very warm.
At the check out they asked for 600 Ron restaurant charges for the coffee and water. I asked for the receipt and they told me that these charges are from the breakfast and then they told me that the debt is deleted as a compensation for the inconvenience from the AC !!!!!!!
All bad things started when I paid the full amount of my 5 night stay upfront at the check in. Big mistake.

Terrible customer service and dirty

During my trip to constanta unfortunately I spent a night at peninsula Boutique hotel.
The bed cover was not clean and we started our day with a dirty coffee cups, we asked to be changed they brought us a second one which you can see in the picture, the menu which we took we found some surprises such as a tomato piece as it is showing in the picture as well.
We couldn’t eat and when we tried to give a feedback the lady got mad and raised her voice.

You lose a lot of time, money and get angry!
I gave belief and I believed in false positive review, great attention.
I do not recommend.
