We spent two nights at MAX International Hotel with our family and a few friends who were also travelling with their families, and we had a very pleasant experience.
One of the things that impressed us most was the Wi-Fi. The connection was fast and stable throughout our stay, and we could easily use YouTube, TikTok and other apps without any problems.
We also really enjoyed the SPA area. It was intimate, quiet and relaxing. We used the sauna and had a massage, which was a great way to unwind after spending time exploring the area.
Our room was renovated, very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the modern Android TV system, which worked very well and gave us easy access to our favourite apps.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Another advantage is the hotel's location, which makes it convenient for visiting several important attractions in the area.
Overall, we really enjoyed having everything in one place — comfortable accommodation, good food, a relaxing SPA and helpful staff. It was a great choice for a family getaway, especially when travelling with friends and children. We left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again.

I could not take a notmal shower in 4 days as it was defective. Water was coming out from the wall instead from the shower. I think they gave me the worst room they have as I stayed there 3 times already and it was wonderful. The wc sitting place was loose and it was a challenge to use it... I hope they fix it before mtly next trip.

Ne bucurăm enorm că ați perceput Complexul Turistic Max International exact așa cum ne dorim să fie: o oază de pace și relaxare!
Suntem încântați să aflăm că v-ați bucurat de facilitățile noastre de Spa, inclusiv sauna și jacuzzi, și că ne considerați locația perfectă pentru o evadare în cuplu.
Unul dintre principiile noastre de bază este curățenia (atât în cameră, cât și la restaurant), iar aprecierea Dvs. în acest sens este cea mai mare răsplată pentru întreaga noastră echipă.
Vă așteptăm cu drag să reveniți oricând la Râșnov, pentru o nouă experiență de relaxare și răsfăț, de data aceasta cu o priveliște de neuitat către Cetate!
