Lovely little find

We stumbled across this place and it looked busy so decided to try it. The food was very tasty, the choice of drinks was amazing & the staff went above and beyond their roles and were all extremely friendly. Such a lovely place to chill out, eat and enjoy the Black Sea. We went back a few nights and still couldn't fault the quailty, price or service we received.

horror my holliday

you book 3 months in advance 2 rooms at the Union hotel in euphoria of northern Costanza, we reached there and found a 5-star location, a 4-star hotel, but it left us perplexed overall.

poor food
the chef seemed to be a novice in the kitchen, he used 0 km food from the fryer in the pan, all bagged and frozen food.
Terrible breakfast, a whole disaster it seems that the chef has no initiative.
Dinner to escape, all without a flavour, it seems that the chef still has covid on the palate of taste.
restaurant service disappointed, waiters with no experience, bartender always frowning as if he didn't want to work, room service we bought more towels for the shower they were never changed and the beds were never made, we left well in advance.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to book at that place

Nice hotel with a beutiful sea view

The staff was the best, the bed was like a cloud and the view was beautiful.
But, the stains on bed linen and cockroach in the bathroom I can't standed.
Overall, it is a nice place for a few days with the family.

Not what we expected

Just ok. They recently did a renovacion but they could definitely have put more money into it. The room looked nice. But Broken and dirty tiles in the bathroom. Housekeeping dont make the bed. We ordered a room with seeview and a balcony, but there was no table and chairs in the balcony to enjoy the view or to spend time after the kids fell asleep. Really boring and uncreative breakfast, fake juice and bad vegetables and fruits. We only ate dinner once at their restaurant, ot was really good and tasteful. The service in the reseption and the housekeeping was not good, but the service of at the bar and the waiters was super.

Nice place for a nice summer!

The hotel is close to the sea, new building, clean, with nice pool, good restaurant and rich breakfast. The rooms on 4rd floor are very nice and clean with an excellent view. I will recommend it for a trip to the Romanian sea side.
