Amazing hotel experience

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find our parking spot reserved, accompanied by a thoughtful welcome letter, a complimentary bottle of fine wine, and refreshing bottled water. The seamless check-in process, delicious breakfast, and flexible late check-out made our experience truly memorable. The staff’s attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our stay. This hotel is an absolute must for anyone visiting Galati, and we look forward to returning!

It was not my best experience

The room is clean and comfortable, the restaurant has very good Indian food, and the waiter is extremely kind. BUT, the hotel only has about 15 parking spaces, totally insufficient for the accommodation capacity. In addition, the Romanian receptionist has a behavior that is not at the level of a hotel in the Mercure chain. These aspects really spoil your joy.

Could be better

Food and coffee are very good. It is a good hotel but the parking is not managed very good. Don’t have fitness room. The staff is open for clients.

Very good dinner at the hotel. Breakfast also good. But the shower is horrible. I am not sure who designed that shower…

Somewhat dated hotel, but neat

It makes you think that this is number 4 of all hotels in Galati, it is a dated hotel although the reception gives a different impression. I probably had an old room and the whole thing is being renovated. Everything was there and clean. Breakfast was fine, not very extensive but sufficient.
