Great stay

Another great stay at Dacica, this time camping. Everything was great, the shared showers and bathrooms are very clean, the camping place is nice and quiet, the food in the restaurant was delicious. Great staff and service, the quality remained the same in time.

A place with friendly vibes

The road to get there is a bit of a challenge. Also, there are no shops around, so this is nothing for self caterers, one depends on what the place has to offer. But they are flexible with the client's wishes (for instance vegetarian meals - even if you can't expect anything very creative, the kitchen staff is used to traditional Romanian cooking, meaning meat; but they are hired from the local community, which is a good thing). All staff - reception, kitchen, cleaning - is very friendly and helpful, including detailed information for hiking (much needed, because the trails are very poorly marked). They have a lot of animals too, you barely get around without petting some furry head. All in all, a place with nice vibes, relaxing, and clean too.

Good service and natural environment

Very good attention and kindness. Pleasant natural environment with mountains, river, animals, warm wooden cabin with heating. Dinner and breakfast of quality and quantity, varied, even adapted for a vegan. Good treatment of animals.

A place to be and to come back

I have seen many Romanian guesthouses over time, but none of them equals Pensiunea Dacia. Here, time stops, the silence embraces you and the stress magically disappears . The sleep is deeper, the food better and the surroundings overwhelmingly beautiful. The hosts are warm people with a lot of passion for history, for nature and for harmony.
The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable. You can find a lot of routes in the surroundings but first, take some time and listen hosts stories about dacians. Also, taste some dacian "mied" - the drink of the gods, made locally using ancient receipts.
We will definitely come back!

Every time when we arrived here everything is change in a good way. People, animals, peisage. Is hard for me to go, because i love everything from here, people, animals, peisage. I love Aurora and Norman so much, i love every cats, dogs, flowers and all trips from here ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
