Awesome

Nice people having a big house, there are 6 rooms, every room has a private bathroom. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen for the visitors. I have stayed on the 2nd floor, very clean and new. Quiet aslo. Outside there is a barbeque. It is about 2 km away from the city center.

quiet place near the Danube

The house is located on the road next to the Danube, however it does not have a direct view of the river. It is surrounded by trees and and a well maintained garden. We were greeted by the owner, I guess, who was extremely nice and friendly. We had the apartment on the ground floor, with a generous living room including a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom. We had direct access to the back yard, however did not use it much as we moved around quite a lot while around Orsova.
Decorations and furniture are quite modern, not necessarily fit for the place. However, the quality of the sleep and friendliness of the owner were excellent, so we enjoyed it a lot.
