Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht und können die Pension unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und hat ganz tolle Zimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Ehepaar das die Pension betreibt, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Mutter, die im Haus gegenüber wohnt, bringt sich ein. Sie kann besonders gut kochen, was den Gästen zugute kommt. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen sind sehr schmackhaft zubereitet. Ein Highlight ist eine Führung durch die Werkstatt des berühmten Geigenbauers Dorel Codoban, zu dessen ehren die Pension benannt wurde. Er hat eine spezielle Geige entwickelt, die in der rumänischen Volksmusik eingesetzt wird.
Die Pension ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Disappointing experience

I cannot actually comment on my experience staying in this b&b, because when we arrived (after booking the flat a few weeks in advance), we were informed that actually our flat was offered to someone else. So we were actually hosted in the owner's mother's house, in two rooms that haven't been upgraded since the 80s. There was no WiFi, the beds were dreadfully uncomfortable, and the hot water was very limited. Though the host was apologetic, it still didn't make up for the fact that she offered our flat to someone else on the day of our arrival. Also, the common kitchen in the b&b was quite dirty. I would not recommend staying here, unless you like surprises.

Erg mooi pension in een nog mooiere omgeving

Enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit super mooi afgewerkte pension. Zeer goede bedden en heerlijk eten. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn zeer betrokken en gezellige mensen.
Er is gratis WiFi op de begane grond maar deze haalt de 2e verdieping niet. Tipje voor de eigenaar om daar in de toekomst nog eens naar te kijken.
Het terras ligt in de middag heerlijk in de schaduw waardoor het, op warme dagen, erg goed vertoeven is.
De inrit naar het pension is voor wat lagere auto's wellicht een uitdaging. De VW Passat die wij hadden gehuurd kwam er prima overheen.
Al met al een super verblijf gehad en enorm genoten.
