Pros:
Very good service from staff.
Upgrade to special needs suitability.
Spacious Room and bathroom.
Very good pillows.
Air conditioning.
Nice ambiance.
Very close to the beach.
HD TV and Netflix.
Perfumed apps.
Coffee maker.
Cons:
Annoying problem with alarm at safe box.
Wait at check in.
Unannounced city tax that a hotel nearby did not ask.

Very rude, Unacceptable treatment of guests

Unacceptable treatment of guests
Given the facilities and conditions provided, we left a one-star review.
Upon returning from the beach, we were followed to our room and asked on a rude tone to leave the hotel. We were forced to find accommodation elsewhere, incurring additional costs, without receiving a refund for the reservation made through Booking.com.
A shocking experience. We do not recommend this hotel. The worst treatment we have ever received on the Romanian seaside.

Absolutely disgusting hotels and every member of stuff including the manager untrained they don't care just don't go the

Disgusting hotel to have a room.we got there after booking online and payday 400 ron for a family room,wich we were told on the phone it was a apartment.when we got there the bathroom had a bubble jacuzzi type bath wich was mouldy and old grime,the seal was all grimy and dirty the button foe the bubbles was pushed in and looked like it didn't function for years? We stayed there for 2 nights.the next day we went to the beach,when we come back to the room nobody change our towels,nobody come to the room for room service to change the sheets or replace the hlasses with clean ones.Breakfast is not included u have to pay from 80 ron going up.Cofee in the morning u have to pay for it as we'll!! Sbdolute disgrace.The next night cost us 600 ron still no breakfast included. When complained to the hotel stuff she just shake her shoulders and smirked at me and told me I have to wash my own glasses and she can give me sheets but I have to do it myself because the cleaners have gone home and they didn't have time to do our room!!!!.When I complained to the manager she laughed and didn't even said sorry,she didn't care at all. I Wouldn't recommend to anyone to pay to go to Marea neagra hotel in constanta unless u prepare to empty urbown rubbish,change ur own towels change ur own bedding and wash ur own glasses as although is the cleaners job to do it u be lucky if they have time or inclination to do their job.From all staff up to the manager who she is a obnoxious irresponsible manager. The manager and the stuff are a embarrassment for Marea Neagra hotel in constanta. I can't even imagine what the owner is like.Dont go there waist of money.Absolute rip off and Disgusting hotel.

1 horrible day

If you want to pay for nothing, that s the place.The stuff it s ok, very young...and everything looks very poor, for 3 stars.
It s clean but old space....It s feels like 80' grandma' s home(the aparence).
The price-service is horrible.
Never come back.

very nice and tidy

The hotel itself is a budget CLEAN hotel, with REALLY FANCY showers. I'm impressed. The reason i give it 4 stars is because my room's window was on the corridor, not being able to get any fresh air in the room, i found that really odd and have complained about it, but couldn't change it anymore.
