SCAMMERS !! STAY AWAY !!!
IT WAS SUPER COLD . THEY KEPT THE HEAT OFF AND THEY WERE EXPECTING US WITH A COLD FREEZING ROOM. SMALLER ROOM THAN WHAT WAS ADVERTISED, ONE QUEEN SIZE BED WITH 2 (TWO) BLANKETS AS BEING A COUPLE YOU USE 2 BLANKETS SEPARATE?? THE NEXT THING WE HEARD 19 DOGS (WE COUNTED) BARKING NEXT TO OUR WINDOW. WE CALLED THE OWNER AND WE TOLD HER THAT IT WILL BE IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP WITH THOSE BARKING DOGS AND WE WOULD LEAVE. SHE TOLD US THAT SHE WILL REFUND OUR MONEY WITH HER APOLOGIES AND ASKED US TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION VIA BOOKING.COM , AS THAT’S THE ONLY WAY SHE CAN GET HER MONEY FROM BOOKING . WE DID WHAT SHE ASKED US AS WE BELIEVED HER … BUT ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT SHE SCAMMED US AS BY CANCELING VIA BOOKING.COM AS “WE AGREED” TO NON REFUNDABLE AGREEMENT BY CANCELING OURSELVES !!
SINCE THEN SHE BLOCKED US AND NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM.
WE HAVE HER TEXTS ASKING TO CANCEL AND ASKING OUR BANK INFO SO SHE CAN “REFUND OUR MONEY” (LIE).
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY, SUPER NOISY DUE TO THE Neighbors dogs BARKING NON STOP ! TERRIBLE OWNERS AND A HUGE SCAM !!

Cozy and clean but bad bed
Some disadvantages:
-There is no one at the reception, the employer guides you by phone and explains where you can find the room key;
-We did not have a hair dryer available;
-There are many neighboring dogs that bark a lot at night, although the double glass in the windows insulates quite well.
-The mattress in our room is made of plastic foam, and it is very uncomfortable because it do not perspires. Concentrates body heat and makes you sweat. It does not allow a good sleep. We highly recommend changing it. For us the bad quality of the bed is a reason for not going back here.
