Last-Minute Overbooking Cancellation
Extremely negative experience. My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking at 14:55 PM on the same day of check-in, when I was already traveling abroad. I was also traveling with a pet, which made it very difficult to find another suitable accommodation at the last minute.
The alternative property offered was of lower quality and located further away than the one I had originally booked. In addition, I was initially offered only a partial refund without my consent.
This behavior is unprofessional and unreliable, and it caused me significant stress and extra expenses. I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for seriousness and respect for confirmed bookings.
