Great place to stay, nice staff and tasty breakfast

Great experience overall, very nice staff, cozy bed, clean and spacious rooms with modern amenities. Tasty and varied breakfast, close to city central area (10 minutes walk) I highly recommend this place, I was there with work colleagues and it was a very pleasant experience.

Rude Staff and Horrible Experience - False Advertising
I booked a superior double room that was explicitly advertised as including breakfast, a balcony, parking, and a mini-bar. The reality was completely different.
Upon arrival, there was no parking available. Worse, we were given a tiny attic room with no balcony—a far cry from the "superior" room we paid extra for. The room was so small and poorly designed that we had to bend and walk to not hit our heads on the sloped ceiling.
When we tried to go back to reception to resolve the issue, the desk was completely unattended for the entire evening.
The next morning at checkout, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me that a balcony had to be requested via private message, as if it were an optional extra and not a standard feature of the room I had already booked
and paid for.
This is blatant false advertising and very disappointing.

Lovely hotel with very nice breakfast, also the restaurant serves good food for an evening meal too. Great location when visiting Sibiu, easy to park with free on street spaces close to the hotel. Room very clean and modern. Couldn't fault our stay at Exclusive Hotel and More, thoroughly enjoyed it and we would return.

Fine Hotel Short Walk from Old Town

Takes 15-25 minutes to restaurants in Old Town by walking. Parking on in front to hotel. It is connected to a restaurant so convenient to have a drink at any time. Rooms good sized, breakfast fine. Taxis come quickly. Front desk couldn't be helpful securing a private driver but this may just be the nature of the town.
