A horror!

Accommodation on the verge of being unsanitary! The owner pays so that there are no bad reviews! The room is pathetic for a hotel that is supposedly so well-rated, especially on booking! Let's not even talk about the breakfast at 60 lei, photo as proof! Simply a scam!

Run away!

Horrible experience, we stayed only one night out of 3 planned.
Lack of insulation for rooms overlooking the square.
Revealed every 15 minutes by the bell ringing non-stop.
Rooms without windows, a nightmare.
Dishonest staff who claim that a refund will be made for nights not done, nothing after 6 weeks.

Great location, helpful staff, but parking is a real challenge

The hotel is located right in the center of Sibiu, in Piața Mare. The conditions were good, and the mattress was excellent. The reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean, as was the bathroom, which was well equipped, though a bit dark. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have a view of the square, but was situated at the back. There was a major issue with parking. The hotel only has four spots—three were occupied by guests, and the fourth by someone from outside. We had to look for parking nearby, which was very difficult, so you’ll need a lot of patience. Although the experience was okay overall, I would choose a different hotel in the same area next time.

A good experience taht could be better.

The location is magnificient. The room are confortable. The minus is (1) they are cleaing the room daily (that is ok for towels for eco savings, but trash bin should be emptied) (2) for rooms with window on internal doesn't allow to get plenty of fresh air,
