Luxury at Its Finest
We recently spent one night at Matca Relais & Châteaux to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation.
From the warm welcome at reception to the tranquil spa, the exquisite restaurant, and the outstanding service throughout our stay, every single moment was exceptional. This luxurious escape was exactly what we needed, and it could not have been more perfect.
The attention to detail throughout the property is simply remarkable. Every corner has been designed with such care, elegance, and thoughtfulness. The beautiful, original artwork displayed throughout the hotel adds so much character and creates an atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming.
A special thank you to Silviu for one of the best massages I've ever had, truly relaxing and expertly performed. We'd also like to thank Alexandra at reception, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the very first moment. The restaurant team also deserves special recognition for their professionalism, warmth, and impeccable service, which made our dining experience unforgettable.
What impressed us most was the genuine happiness of everyone working here. Every member of the team greeted us with a sincere smile, making us feel valued and truly cared for throughout our stay.
Matca is much more than a hotel, it's an experience. We left feeling refreshed, spoiled, and already dreaming of our next visit.

Amazing experience! The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and everything feels very well thought out. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.
We especially enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the attention to detail. The staff was kind and helpful without being intrusive, which made the whole stay even more relaxing.
The food was also a highlight – fresh, tasty, and nicely presented.
