We had a great visit. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the coffee was good at breakfast (very important). The most important thing when we travel are the beds, and they were great so we slept well.
The only thing that put it down a little was the AC in the room which was really noicy at times.
As we only were there over a weekend for a competition, we didn't have time to check out the area, but it seemd friendly enough. I'm sure we will be back for next years competition.

Nice hotel

Very good location in the city center, spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking, decent anti-covid19 measures, normal prices, beautiful terrace. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try the restaurant though.

Safe&Clean

Stayed one night in November 2020 in this period when Romania has lots of covid-19 cases, and I was satisfied to find a clean room. The sheets smelled quite nice so I guess they were fresh washed.
The staff from the restaurant was really nice, helpful, and the food was tasty.
It fits in a 3* hotel. Seen 4* hotels in Romania that look worse than this one.

Worsening

My second note aboute this hotel, that remains the best in town, but that is worsening fast.
I could not sleep in my room in which a very deep and strong smell of tobacco was dominating, even after opening the window for a couple of hours (with the very winter cold air freezing me)!
All materials ageing very fast, because of very poor quality.
Breakfast minimal and not good.

Short stay

Pros: Cozy place! Clean and no so noisy! Close to the center! The desk staff was pretty friendly and quick.
Cons: the wifi was terrible and the breakfast staff was a bit rude and not so helpful.
All in all, it was a good stay and I do recommend it.
