You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Access to the resort is provided by our private boats from Murighiol. The shared round-trip transfer, available at set times, costs 180 RON/adult and 90 RON/child aged 7–12, while children aged 0–6 travel free of charge. Parking is free and guarded. You will be contacted one day prior to arrival to arrange the transfer details. For your convenience, a deposit will be held at check-in to cover any optional services. If these are not used, the full amount will be released after check-out, depending on the processing times between banks.
