Photos are not showing the reality

We have booked a room there for a three nights stay but we left after the first night. Even if the location has three stars, the stuff doesn't provide body towels for guests; when asked about this, the owner told us they will take away the hand towels too because there are guests who use them to wipe their shoes...
The rooms are dark, the window is very small, the doors couldn't be open/closed properly, they weren't functional.
The stuff attitude was a bad one, they made us feel like we owe them because we get accomodation there. I really do not reccomend it.
