Good hotel

The room is spacious, the bathroom is a little bit crowded and it's ventilation system tricky. The breakfast is good, wide variety of fruits and breakfast related food. The restaurant is nice, with tasty food and very cheap for the quality and taste. The pool is big and clean and the garden is unique. Overall it was a nice experience here, the staff are very nice and well trained.

Good stay, but not as good as years ago.

We spent a few days at this hotel at the beginning of July. The price was reasonable, and we paid some money for parking. We even requested a room on the first floor, in a quiet area, but we received a room on the main floor in a moderately noisy area. During the last two decades, we spent quite some time in this hotel, and I would say that the service quality is lower, and the amenities are cheaper. The internet connection was good. We did not check the restaurant, but I was surprised to discover that the breakfast is a la carte.

Nice outside + paid meals at restaurant , bad inside the room + poor breakfast

Things we liked:
- a lot of trees, grass well taken care outside, nice pool
- tasty meals (lunch and dinner) which were not included in the booking price
- staff were friendly
- lots of parking spaces (but for the ones reserved for hotel guests you needed to wait to become available, and also to be paid for)
- good cleaning services (every day)
Things we disliked (a lot!):
- poor quality room / decorations (almost non existent furniture, the one that was there, was old)
- horrible breakfast (buffet, poor quality and insufficient food for all guests)
- horrible bath (very very small, also tiny shower cabin), you needed to squeeze to enter the bathrom through a narrow door, also you cannot lock the bathroom door
- rust on several pipes in the bathroom, so you would get your towels dirty
- balcony doors were not closing completely, so a lot of issues with mosquitoes for us and especially for our small kid...
- no wifi signal at all
Overall, definitely not a 4 star hotel!
Way too expensive for what if offered.
I would say a 2-3 star hotel complex at best...

Contrasts! Contrasts everywhere!

You arrive at the hotel and see a pretty entrance. As you walk through it, you’re taken aback by the beautiful landscaping in the well advertised garden and think to yourself ‘ahhhh! Rest & relaxation, here I come!’ But then you have to walk to reception, and the fun ends, when you are met by unprofessional and inexperienced staff with an attitude that doesn’t belong anywhere near customer service and hospitality. I had the misfortune of having to call the hotel to inquire about check-in/out time, and was greeted in the most impolite way possible, that I can only describe as a woman lacking in education who’s trying to speak to a family member, but can’t hear them “Hello! Hello, can you hear me? What do you want?” Once the interaction with hotel staff ends, you can start enjoying your stay, if you don’t want to be in the room much, as they are a bit small and not soundproof at all (heavens forbid you may want some peace and quiet and the people in the room next to yours have children). All in all, the garden and pool are nice (and worthy of all 4****), rooms are ok, 3*** and the service needs improvement and serious training (2**).

No more than 3*

Very peculiar hotel; garden is very beautiful and well maintained ; breakfast it's ok but rooms are just a remnant of the old regime - the TV set is smaller than my office display;the air conditioning in the rooms has an outdated smell and of course it has not been cleaned for years and years; the ventilation in some bathrooms is "naturally produced", without a fan, to the space where the restaurant is !!!
