Winter holidays in a warm city
The staff are polite and sympathetic, always available to help.
Comfortable location and comfortable rooms - accommodation left only a pleasant experience. Looks like I'll be back again.

The terrible condition of the hotel, the high price and no compensation for the unfulfilled obligations on the part of the hotel
Booked three months in advance. Holidays were planned with a small child, so a warm swimming pool, water, etc. amenities were the main criterion in the choice of hotel.
On the plus side:
1. Relatively close to the sea.
2. The girl administrator who went to the meeting and moved us in earlier.
From the downside:
1. The pool was icy! The reception said they were waiting for details. BUT the warm pool was the main criterion when choosing a hotel, the website states that it is heated. As a result, in the heat with the child stayed at home, swimming in the ice pool even for an adult trial.
Plus, tiles in the pool itself fall off everywhere, which is very dangerous. There are small, sharp tiles lying around about which an adult has cut himself, gently entering the water, not to mention the children.
2. Huge number of mosquitoes in the room and on the property. The baby was badly bitten every day.
3. The apartment features a Jacuzzi outside. In the end, it's just a bath. Again, nothing works, the whole point is bubbles, and they're broken.
4. The breakfast system is very uncomfortable. Every day you have to mark the meals in the leaflets, book the time of serving breakfast. And your time will always be taken. The hotel wanted to save money, and it turned out some crap.better organize a buffet than so .
5. Repairs leave a lot to be desired. Old doors that are glued-together, everything hanging out, shower in the bathroom leaking, old plumbing. Very dirty floor. Under the beds and the sofa is a layer of dust and dirt, garbage that hasn't been cleaned up since probably the opening. By the way, cleaning the room consists only of taking out the trash and replacing the towels once every three days. Toilet's dirty, too. They don't do it.
In general, the second time to this hotel is not foot, and I will not advise others. No compensation was offered or even apologized for all the breakdowns and shortcomings. They make a lot of money, and the standard of service and accommodation leaves a lot to be desired.

Terrible treatment of customers at BLISS HOUSE Adler
We had a suite booked from 06.08.2024.
The day before I got a call from the hotel asking if we were coming, I was pleasantly surprised, that was the end of the positive emotions.
We arrived at the hotel and there I learn from a woman living in the hotel that there is no hot water for 5 days!!!
The receptionist starts to book us, announces the surcharge for 9 days (prepayment was for 1 day, according to the hotel terms and conditions) and at the same time SILENT about the lack of hot water! After my question, it turns out that YES - there is no WATER as well as no hot breakfasts (they are included in the price) and there will be no compensation!!! There was a wash basin, a triangle sandwich for breakfast and all for 10 thousand per night in the SUITE!!! On top of SUPER SERVICES, there was no Wi-Fi. Naturally, we weren't prepared for such a vacation. In the evening we were informed that there will be a hot breakfast, you can come from 8-11 h.
It's morning, we go down to breakfast and there's a new story... The new administrator asks for what time we ordered breakfast (and we were told from 8-11), further it turned out that our room, at all, is not on the breakfast list!!! And that's even though we had an extra breakfast service/extended menu.... After 30 min. after all we fed, and after lunch we left their hotel to another, never to come back!!!
