Quiet family hotel

First time in Krasnodar, for a long time we couldn’t find a hotel with family rooms at an affordable price. We came across this hotel. What can we say: we liked everything! Conditions, staff, services, food. Quiet family hotel. Lots of advantages. Minus the location. The breakfast is very tasty, there is parking.

A very cute place to stay!

We've been staying there twice and both times called late at night trying to book a room. Reception girls were very polite and helped a lot, even gave discounts. The met us at late night smiling and made everything we could feel ourselves not even comfortable but like at home.
Room was clean and cosy.
This is the place we would stay in future if being in Krasnodar.

Бронировали люкс на одну ночь 1 января, чтобы погулять по городу и посмотреть новогоднюю красоту, особых просьб не было, кроме двуспальной кровати и ванной. Номера с ванной не оказалось, но поразило, что в люксе не работал ни один пульт, не было питьевой воды, вафельные халаты настолько уставшие, что не очень хотелось надевать. Двуспальная кровать составлена из 2 односпальных и ночью все время проваливаешься в эту дырку, для люкса считаю недостойно.
И самый пик новогоднего радушия и клиентоориентированности был при выезде: администратор сказала, что у нас образовался долг 350 руб за просрочку выезда (спустились с вещами в 12:20). Уточнили, серьезно ли она считает это нарушением режима, ведь мы заехали 1 января в час ночи. Попросили показать положение, по которому тарифицируют, такое за всю историю путешествий у нас было впервые, как правило до получаса можно спокойно вынести вещи и сдать номер. В фото приложила их прейскурант, в котором обозначена стоимость продления 300 руб за час. На вопрос почему требуют 350 за 20 мин ответа не последовало. Предложили оплатить 30 мин по указанному тарифу и не портить нам праздничное настроение. После звонка начальству администратор передумала и пожелала хорошей дороги. Видимо абсурдность ситуации управляющему тоже стала понятна. Дело не в 150 руб, а в том, насколько отношение ради этой суммы меняется к таким отельчикам. В следующий раз обязательно выберем другой «люкс»

Полезный совет

Госпожа управляющая, Вам необходимо: 1.Отремонтировать уличный блок кондиционера установленный на стене 209го номера. Он очень шумит и вибрирует, слушать всю ночь эту какофонию совсем не в кайф.
2. Часть ламп освещения в помещениях не работают остальные разного цвета, это не соответствует 3м звëздам.
3. Отблагодарите работников бара за вкусную еду и быстрое, культурное обслуживание.
4. Заведите книгу Отзывов, старая закончилась год назад.

Аппартаменты то что надо, честно говоря я редко где встречал такие удобные номера, в которых есть всё для удобства, прям по минимализму. Обслуживают во время, не надоедают и не нарушают спокойствие что для меня самое главное, шумоизоляция на уровне!
