An excellent hotel overall

Everything is perfect in this hotel.
1-Price reasonable
2- They have very good wi-fi coverage
3- spacious rooms (studios, I didn't try the standard room)
4- Most important, the hospitality and warmth. They offered us a hot just cooked breakfast at 4:30 AM because we were checking out early.
5- They have the cheapest in room minibar service I have ever seen

Located in the center but in a huddle, uncomfortable check-in and check-out.
The staff is chaotic, especially at the bar! The girl's not acting right and rude!
Nice and polite attitude from the room cleaners, one plus.
The kitchen wishes to leave the best, although breakfast is acceptable.

Disgusting administrator

Girl at reception (shift 26.03.26, address you! You work with people! If you don't like it, quit. Disgusting treatment of guests, acting as if not the receptionist but at least the hotel owner. Totally uninterested in solving problems in the settlement. Disgusting. Oh, wow! The impression of the hotel is ruined from the entrance.

Very Enjoyable Stay at The Prestige

Check in was very quick and efficient. We were only booked in for the 1 night, pity as I would have liked to have stayed longer.
Smallish type hotel but very quaint and quirky. The bar lounge was well stocked. We didn't eat there as we arrived quite late but managed to sample 2 or 3 Buluga vodka....nice.
Room was big and spacious. Loved the bathroom especially the modern shower-loved it! Hotel very clean as you would expect.
Breakfast was adequate and included in the price.
Check out very quick too. Well done the Hotel Prestige staff.

Price is too high, quality is too low

There is very usual in Russia to have such expensive hotel in not very big city. The hotel is of soviet style. The smoke-filled lobby. The music is too loud and not good. The room is too small. Not very clean room. It is not cosy. The breakfast is awful, the choice is absent at all. It is sad to pay such money for this level. I would give 1 star ad maximum. Not recomended.
