Cozy hotel in the alleys of Old Arbat

Being in Moscow often stay at the Hotel Arbat, the hotel is homely, very polite and courteous staff are always ready to help! Nearby, Old Arbat is buzzing with life, and here in Carpenter's Lane it is always quiet and peaceful. It is good to see that the hotel is good, the flooring on the third floor has been replaced, the furniture in the rooms is gradually being updated, tea stations have appeared, the entrance group is being restored...Nearby the main facilities of the center of the capital, and of course, the favorite theater named after Vakhtangov (26 Arbat Street).

Disgraceful and Malicious Treatment of a Family with a Baby!**

The Arbat Stars Hotel, where I stayed with my 2-year-old baby, is generally clean and has spacious rooms. However, the reception staff is incredibly rude and malicious. During check-in, since part of my money was inside my suitcase, I could only make a partial payment. I put the rest of the money in the room safe.
On the second day, our key card stopped working. When I went down to the reception to ask why, the receptionist confiscated my card and told me that we could not enter the room unless I paid the balance immediately. There were no prior warning. Even though I explained that the money was inside the room safe, they strictly refused to let us in. We were only able to enter our room after a friend of mine living in Russia made the payment via an online payment link. Because we were locked out and unable to change my baby's diaper during this long process, my child developed a severe diaper rash. It was an absolutely disgraceful experience.

We've stopped and we'll stop...

It's not the first time we've stayed at this hotel. It attracts with its very convenient location or as it is now customary to say location, plus its own, albeit paid, parking. The rooms after renovation are good for everyone except the bathroom. Not the bathroom, the bathroom. I don't understand what designer thought of sticking trough-type bathrooms in them instead of putting in nice comfortable built-in shower cubicles. You need to shower in them carefully so you don't slip and fall. Showers are the most primitive. Rooms without renovation are good for just sleeping over, and they don't have air conditioning. The showers are the finest. Breakfasts at the hotel are not just monotonous, they don't change at all. What happened three months ago will still be at your breakfast today. Choices are not very rich, but you won't stay hungry. For some reason, the windows that open for airing rooms don't have mosquito nets, they should.

Excellent Stay – Great Location and Wonderful Staff!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. The staff were kind and welcoming, especially Christina. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay!
