I am very pleased.

Comfortable hotel. Convenient location. Nearby there are cafes, coffee shops and shops. Restaurants and shopping centers. The metro is very close, a taxi can be found easily.
The rooms are clean. This is our third time. And I’m happy with everything. The bed linen is clean, fresh... there were plenty of towels.
Breakfast is good. They cook scrambled eggs. The coffee in the coffee machine is delicious.
Luggage storage is free.
The staff is friendly.

Not recommended

The room is tiny, old. There is NOTHING in the bathroom!!!
No slippers, no ventilation, no dental supplies, no showers, no cleaning. All they changed was the towel, the bed wasn't even made. The audibility is strong. You can hear, even going to the bathroom...
The only upside: it's a subway three steps away.

A late check-in at 02:30 because of my flight delay. I woke up an angry babushka receptionist. She welcomed me with the signature angry hospitality. Remote control for the air conditioner was 404 not found.
However, the chef at the breakfast hall was really nice. Proactively greeted me in English and asked for my breakfast preference.

A cozy little hotel in the centre of Moscow

She recently stayed at the ARBAT INN Hotel. Small, cozy hotel, very convenient location in the city centre, to the nearest metro station 5 minutes walk. Polite staff, hotel clean. Special thanks to the woman chef who fed delicious, hearty breakfasts this morning. We recommend the hotel to those who care more about reasonably priced convenience than pomp.

It hasn't been worse yet

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to. I lived in the cheapest hostels in Helsinki (Olympic Hostel) and Stockholm (Eurohostel), slept in a dormidorium located on the ground floor of an apartment building in Pushkin, but nowhere was there such treatment as in this hotel. Location - I agree, convenient, excellent. The cleanliness of the rooms is clean. No elevator - well, not that bad. And even the fact that the rooms are small is understandable - people want to earn more money. This leads to the fact that the administration absolutely doesn't give a damn about you.
We checked into the hotel an hour earlier - we charged 400 rubles on top - it’s not a pity, but the room was already ready, we didn’t have to strain the maid - we could have spared the little things.
We took the "economy" room: the photo on the website shows a room in which you can take at least 4 steps, the description indicates the area "13-15 sq.m." Price 5000 rub. per night. Not expensive for Moscow. We just needed to spend the night.
In fact: we checked into room 311, located in the corner next to two more rooms in such a way that if someone does something in the toilet of the next room, you will know about it. Just like everyone will hear you at night if you decide to play pranks. I used to live in a room of 16 sq.m. with a double bed and a bedside table - the room was not even close to 15 square meters. We approached the reception with this question - they hesitantly and sluggishly began to assure us that the required minimum space was there, but in the end they promised to clarify. After returning from the walk, they clarified: “We give it a try - the footage was respected, otherwise we would not have passed the categorization and fire inspection.” We respond to the administrator that there physically cannot be such a space there, and the arguments given about checks raise doubts. Let us clarify that perhaps this is a “Mini” category room, not an “Economy” one - then just count us - what a problem - it’s not pleasant, after all, that you are being deceived. We were refused and offered to look at the "Mini" category rooms - in the end, my wife looked and said that they were even larger than ours. He suggested to the administrator: “let’s measure, if I make a mistake, I admit my guilt,” he received the answer: “go, measure” - it’s like, not I, but you, need people to come to your hotel, but, apparently, this is how he was taught to solve problems. I say: “ok, I’ll try it on.” I went and bought a building meter and measured it: 2.8 m by 3.3 m. It’s not even enough for the declared minimum area of the “Mini” category. I came to the reception with this result: “so and so,” I say. In response: “if you don’t like the room, pack your things and leave, we’ll refund your money.” Let me clarify: “that is, as before, you believe that the minimum 13 squares are there.” They answer: “We know exactly what it is.”
We packed our things and left this place for the wonderful Azimut Hotel, where we had a great two nights with breakfast on the 17th floor without any hassle for 42,000 rubles, instead of 10,000 in this hotel - not a pity at all. I have never seen such disgusting attitude towards guests anywhere. By the way, this all happened on my birthday, on which, of course, no one congratulated me at the Arbat Inn hotel, but at the Azimut hotel they arranged a battle of white sparkling wine and cakes. Like this.
