Very well located and has a great intimate atmosphere.

Liked · The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is very well located and has a great intimate atmosphere.
The breakfast is super tasty prepared individually and the bar has a great range of drinks.
At night lots of wine options, food is nice, warm environment and you can hang out with locals and guests.

It's a disgusting place.

Disgusting place, untrue photos. Came to check into the family room and were horrified.
1) Building without sign or even sign that there is Inn.
2) The reception is flooded with some folders/papers. Everything looks really messy.
3) Going up to the room were disappointed. It feels like the photos were taken five years ago and since then no one in the room has done not only renovations, but even good cleaning. All switches and walls are salty and dirty. Sewer's clogged. A door in the room we thought led to the balcony, but opening it saw the interior insulation of the house.
BUT! When we made the bed, we saw that the bedding was covered in blood! And it's a FAMILY room (planned to live there with the baby).
With that we decided to say goodbye to this "wonderful" place in the pictures and went to live in another hotel.

Repair !

Price quality does not match. The hotel is actively undergoing renovations, everything is dirty and dusty. The entire corridor and stairs are dirty and shabby. Nobody warned about this. Very unpleasant . Breakfast is a la carte, brought from somewhere on the street, and has time to cool down along the way. Everything is crookedly organized. The room is not bad, that's where the positives end. For this money there are a huge number of decent options in Moscow. Managers apparently write good reviews for themselves.

I do not recommend this hotel

Plus: location.
Cons: the room is very cold, an additional battery does not help.
Either cold water comes out of the tap, or boiling water comes out 5 minutes after cold water. The temperature is not regulated by the tap.
During the 5 days we stayed, the room was never cleaned.
The price does not match the service.

The perfect nest

This is a perfectly located place hidden in the heart of the city - very close to all touristy places and the bus stops and station and currency conversion place. Extremely clean hotel with perfect bathrooms. The rooms were a little too cramped but the place was so good with extremely helpful staff. We were from India and I was very apprehensive about the entire visit and the conversation part. But I was so surprised that to see that Russians in general are very warm people especially after my experience in Europe (snobby and cheats). The restaurant is perfect - the cook went out of the way to give us vegetarian food - yeah we got vegetarian breakfast! A little expensive but very good.
