Останавливался в этом отеле, будучи в командировке, в ноябре 2016 г. Отель нашли как по отзывам ранее останавливавшихся здесь сотрудников, так и в результате поиска в сети.
Когда, при бронировании, Вас спрашивают: какие у Вас предпочтения в еде? Что Вам приготовить на завтрак, то понимаешь все прелести мини-отеля, который принадлежит одной семье. И жена (Ирина) и муж (Рафик) делают все, что в их силах, чтобы постояльцы могли не только хорошо отдохнуть после работы, но и вкусно покушать. Гостиница работает по программе полупансион (завтрак, ужин). При этом, стоимость проживания в сутки достаточно разумная. Хозяйка гостиницы – очень душевная женщина, которая крутится, как белка в колесе. На ней и готовка, и уборка, и стирка и т.д., т.е. все вопросы обслуживания гостей. При этом, она открыта для контактов и готова, по возможности, выполнить все просьбы своих постояльцев. Давно не останавливался в частных мини-отелях такого типа, поэтому, наверное, такое отношение очень бросается в глаза и, как говорится, дорогого стоит. Справедливости ради, хочу отметить один недостаток этой гостиницы, а именно – отсутствие полотенцесушителей в совмещенном санузле. Из-за этого, там несколько прохладно. В остальном, все наши просьбы и пожелания выполнялись хозяйкой тотчас. В заключение хочу написать про свои (и не только) ощущения в ходе пребывания в этом отеле: ты приезжаешь в гости к хорошим знакомым – друзьям, которые очень рады тебе.
Рекомендую эту гостиницу для остановок в Немане.

Тут лучше чем дома

Впервые я приехала в командировку в самый западный регион России. Два дня была в Немане в этой уютной европейской гостинице. Тут всё как дома, и уютный дворик, и кухни, и номера, и даже абсолютная независимость от персонала и других постояльцев. Всё мило и оригинально.

Отдых в Немане на Немане

Не было бы счастья, да несчастье помогло. Выезд за рубеж стал проблемой и мы решили отдохнуть в нашей российской Прибалтике. Нашли в интернете гостиницу Дом дружбы в Немане, попросив организовать для нас не только проживание-питание, но и экскурсионное обслуживание.
Нас встретили в аэропорту, вечером был ужин с восточно-прусским меню. Потом целая неделя увлекательных поездок по всей Калининградской области. И много-много рассказов, былин, анекдотов.
Довольны на 100%.

Хорошая гостиница

Гостиница понравилась. Внимательное отношение и вкусный завтрак (спросили что хотим на завтрак и это приготовили) спасибо! Исторические места рядом, также можно пересечь границу с Литвой и сходить в дюти фри. Спасибо владельцам за теплый прием!
