Something rich and royal
Chose the Palace King to relax and relax with her husband. Junior Suite (311).
The room itself is chic, according to the equipment, we also had a side room with 3 windows turns out. Everything's fine except for one thing. Crazy creaky bed, pondone. What is the romance here??(( ........
I ask the hotel to resolve this delicate issue, as it is about the comfort of guests.
Also we were unfortunately unhappy with the room service. Waiting for their order sat hungry for 1.5 hours! Not so good for a 5* hotel... of course... and no compensation as an apology.
In addition to this, our dirty table was standing all night (!!!) by the room right on the floor, no one took him away until we asked for it ourselves this morning.... It's a strange situation for a hotel at this level... and the cameras on the floor are everywhere.
Other than that and the good stuff
The main restaurant liked , for service and kitchen. Nice, smiling waiter Natalia (the only one slitting her ears hard is "Lies" instead of "Claudite" ), and so everything is wonderful.
SPA - Wonderful!!!! Aesthetic interior , nice sauna and especially we liked the Turkish bath. Everything is very clean, which is important! Also, I noticed the employee of the guest's spa slippers showing off evenly for aesthetics).

Relax rest for 5 stars!
Relaxed at the Tsar Palace Hotel for only two days on 07 and 08 May 2026. Immediately upon arrival, the girl Anna (with very beautiful eyes) with the reception surrounded us with her care and hospitality, offered a beautiful room overlooking the garden, complementary - early check-in and late check-out until 14:00. Throughout our stay, she always helped us with any questions. I didn't even expect the Relax holiday to start right from the arrival!!!! The hotel itself is located in a small park area, the building looks historic and pompous, although it may be new, because inside the hotel all the technical equipment is new, especially surprised by the bathroom in the lobby (heated toilet and different chips) furniture is classic, impossible to beautiful and very comfortable. The restaurants are beautifully decorated, very cozy, the serving of dishes is exquisite and delicious. At breakfasts, according to the buffet system, you can additionally order a delicious omelet with additives, poach, and very delicious Vienna waffles, and several kinds of freshly squeezed juice!!! We didn't even consider lunches and dinners elsewhere in the city, but went back to the hotel to enjoy the fine dining at the hotel. I want to note also the Spa – Super Delight!!! Heated swimming pool, with different massage facilities - whirlpool, geysers, waterfalls, Jacuzzi. Relieving stress, tension and fatigue is instant! In addition, there is a Finnish sauna, a Turkish hamam with a churning waterfall, a wonderful warming area with Himalayan salt. And everywhere, in any location of the hotel, wonderful staff, very friendly and kind! And most importantly, none of this could have happened if the hotel, namely the girl from the reservation department (again did not ask for a name) did not arrange for us to pay upon arrival. The fact is that we are from Kazakhstan and pay immediately we, understandably, do not have the possibility, so again huge Thank you for the hotel making such exceptions!!! The only downside is that we came to visit you for such a short time, next time we will correct our mistake and extend the stay even for a week, we didn't want to leave at all! We recommend that everyone be sure, to relieve stress, to visit more often such hospitable places, especially St. Petersburgers, within half an hour drive. We from Kazakhstan are not lazy to come!!! Thank you very much, hug!!!

Terrible service! The worst!
Terrible service, no children oriented, very loud, no safety and sequriry!!!
We stayed at the hotel in July. This was the family trip just to relax. Our 2 year old travelled with us. The first morning at the hotel stared unexpectedly: absolutely unknown truck men attacked me at the reception! He was not the guest of the hotel, but somebody left him smth there at the resection. Can you imagine the thing like this in a 5* hotel?! Of cause no, but it happened. He entered the hotel the security did nothing, he attacked me, the staff did not call the security, though I asked 3 times. My husband called the police. When police arrived, the staff appeared to have amnesia, cause they saw nothing, heard nothing! So you are not esquire there at all.
Then when I asked 3 staff members to clean my room and change the baby”s bed till 1 pm , when we return at 2 nothing was done! And we were waiting to them to come at 2 pm,Nothing!!!! So the baby had to sleep in the big bed and was very uncomfortable. Also the hotel is very crowded. Loud music, no quiet hours are followed, no rest at all. Do not come here with children!
In the afternoon we went to the spa zone, and until 7 pm children are welcome, my baby was made comment by the staff that he is loud, 2 year old!!! For god sake!!! But the couple who were kissing very uncomfortably in the swimming pool were ok!!! Children were everywhere at that time!
So the hotel has no service at all, they have no idea about the 5* they have, the manager in rude and tries to push on you her interests. They do nothing to correct their mistakes! Terrible experience!
Oh, yes, the offered us complementary dinner! But the restaurant is awful! So we rejected!
Breakfast is very good, location too, spa is nice. That is all…the hotel is ok, if to you can service you set but pay the money to the hotel)))

Great place, great spa!
Amazing hotel, had a wonderful experience! The spa was absolutely great, had couple of treatments. Honestly, top London spa places with 300£+ price tags don't even come close in terms of atmosphere, service, and overall relaxation. Highly recommend!

It is 5 minutes by taxi from Huangcun, which is convenient to call. Parking is easy if you are driving. The hotel's swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam and Turkish bath are all available. A 2-hour session will be given to in-house guests. Very sincere. Also, be sure to give a thumbs up to the restaurant inside the hotel. First class. It can be seen that this is the place where local families will choose to take a leisurely trip on holidays.
