You can't have a quiet time.

The disgusting place receptionist is very loudly yelling at the customers, the room is very stuffy and cramped, the doors do not insulate the room well, every rustle and noise from every room reaches you, so if you are tired and you want to sleep, then you will not succeed as you will hear everything and everyone in this hotel. He also wanted to refund the hotel, but the receptionist refused. And I never got my money back. He also referred to the treaty, even though he didn't even show it to me when he checked in. So you better find another place

Good stay in Samara

My wife and I stayed at Chetyre Sezona in June during the World Cup. The staff was very friendly, although communicating with them was a little difficult, as only one person spoke limited English....thank you Google translate. The hotel was nice and clean. My only issue is that the only places that had air conditioning was the room and the lobby. Even the dining room, where we ate breakfast didn't have air conditioning, which made for an bit of a stuffy breakfast. Also, there are no elevators, so if you get a flor on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you are carrying luggage up the stairs.
In general, though it was pleasant stay, and we would stay there again.

Оставались в отеле «Четыре сезона» в Самаре в июле. Крайне не рекомендую этот отель!
Номер не особо чистый, зубной щетки и пасты нет, воды нет, тапок нет, стакан для чая/воды один, хотя заселялись двое. Попросили на ресепшн ещё один стакан, сказали «если на кухне их не своровали, можете взять», стаканов не было. Подушки километровые. Номер тёмный и не супер чистый. Единственное, что вы можете сделать в номере - принять горячий душ. Стоимость номера 2.000р/ночь. Снова возвращаться туда нет никакого желания.

Останавливались на сутки .Все понравилось , все необходимое есть. В шаговой доступности от автовокзала , удобное расположение . Администратор встретила приветливо,все рассказала. Порадовала доступная цена.
