Cozy home hotel with ideal location

My family and I took a mini vacation for 4 days. Ideal location of the hotel. Everything is as stated in previous reviews. Hospitable hostess. Clean rooms. Homemade breakfasts. We'll come back here again. We recommend this hotel for visiting by both families and couples.

Everything is fine!

The hotel is wonderful! Wonderful holiday! The hostess is wonderful!
Convenient location of the hotel - across the bridge, market, center, transport stop. The breakfasts are delicious and homemade. The hotel itself is very clean, which is important to us. The room is cleaned frequently, linens are changed, towels are changed, even if you ask, right away. Washing clothes costs 300 rubles, which is very convenient. Many thanks to the owner, Irina Borisovna, for her care and comfort. I'd love to go back!

Бюджетный семейный отдых

Отдыхали семьей на майские праздники с 3 по 8 мая двое взрослых, ребенок и собачка. Нам досталась студия с балкончиком и с видом на набережную реки, одна большая двухспальная кровать и двухярусная детская. Номер чистый, уютный. В начале мая было вечерами прохладно на улице, а в номере тепло, комфортно, не сыро. Порадовала стиральная машина в номере, очень удобно когда в семье есть дети)). В номере полотенца, сейф, микроволновка, мини-кухня, чайник, кружки, большой холодильник, сушилка для вещей, туалет, душ. На территории маленький бассейн с подогретой водой - для детей в самый раз.
Рядом много столовых, в 10 минутах ходьбы пятерочка и другие магазинчики. Рядом пляж Чайка, рынок, длинная набережная, минут 40 до другого пляжа (не знаю название).
Нам все понравилось. Рекомендуем!!!

Сочи в мае...

Данный гостевой дом нам порекомендовал туроператор. По итогу, его выбор нас очень порадовал! Очень (вот прям очень!) удобное месторасположение!!! В шаговой доступности ( за углом)) столовая "Южная", минирынок, аптека, магазин "Пятерочка". До пляжа минут 5 пешком. Также хочется отметить, что гостевой дом расположен рядом с каналом (водоем) и это совершенно исключает шум дорог. Для ценителей тишины - оптимальное расположение!
Очень четко налажена обратная связь с хозяйкой гостевого дома Ириной, любой вопрос решаем! Очень приветливая, отзывчивая! Отдельное "Спасибо!" за крытый бассейн!!!! Думаю температура воды градусов +35, очень теплый, комфортный! Также хочется отметить, что предлагаемые туры у Ирины ничем не уступают предложенным представителем турагентства. Также, в гостевом доме предоставляют только завтраки, достаточно сытные: каша, омлет/яичница, блины/оладьи, чай/кофе.
Покидая Сочи - четко осознаю, что вернусь сюда еще раз и на этот раз поиск отелей не потребуется, однозначно - вернусь в "Ирену"!

Отличный отель "как дома"

Остановились в мини-отеле втроем с подругами. Гостеприимные и улыбчивые хозяева, отличный подогреваемый крытый бассейн.
Много доп.услуг, главное можно выбрать и оформить экскурсии прямо в отеле!
2 открытые веранды для уютных вечеров. В нашем номере окно выходило на Мзымту, а вид с балкона на горы. В номере есть микроволновая печь , стиральная машина, раковина и посуда, что невероятно удобно.
Буквально всё в шаговой доступности, мы ездили потусоваться, но и для семейного отдыха точно подойдет!
Обязательно вернемся летом:)
