Exceptional treatment
Hotel conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Sochi train station and the beautiful Vorovskogo area and 10 minutes from the port. Large and well-kept rooms, very very kind and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and bar. The Spa is also recommended. Overall, an excellent stay.

We were on vacation in Sochi in late August 2025. Stayed at the beloved Denart Hotel for the third time.Disappointed very..
The hotel was hoped to cherish regular customers, but we were put in a room with faulty plumbing. For two days, the “master” fixed a crane that could not be opened without great effort (no woman at all). Water was flowing into the bedside table under the sink, the makeup had to be removed. On the third day , at the request moved to another room, which had one piece of soap for two, never replenished. We bought soap from the store, rags to wipe everything down. After “cleaning” the maid all the dust was in place (dust from past guests), but fresh long black hair on the bed, on tubes in the bathroom. Decided not to let them in anymore, hung a sign..Took out the garbage and took water. Needed a needle and thread (usually there is a set) , on request waited another day and a half. It was easier to buy again..Eh, didn't prepare for living in ****The girls at the reception are very nice, tried, but the maid was elusive. Looks like one for the whole hotel.Stated that 24 hours a day, but only by 11-12 hours could you see it.The tip envelope remained empty(deservedly).Surprisingly, even last year everything was decent.. What's the matter? No repairs, no cleanliness. I want to wish the hotel “recovery”

Nightmare in Sochi!
I'll never forget this nightmare... the number is not a vacuum cleaner or a month or so! The ventilation hasn't been cleaned in ages, it's noisy, and the smell of dust is all over the room! The bed appears to be just steamed after previous tenants, hair on it! Months old dust on TV,cabinet, bedside tables sticky and dirty.Floor in bathroom not washed at all,hair on floor ,bathroom not washed at all,previous tenant both drained water ,and left a band of dirt on bathroom! The glass with yarshik is dirty water, the glass itself is dirty!The walls of the bathroom do not seem to wash at all! And breakfasts,nightmare,no taste,no choice .Long will I remember this hotel.I do not recommend..cheaper can stay in Turkey for all inclusive!

The impression of the trip is spoiled
Overall disappointed. 1. The website states that you can pay by card upon check-in, but it turned out that you can only pay in cash, not even by transfer. 2. The hotel is located near the railway. We were given a room with a view of the city and the railroad below the windows. Because There is a railway station nearby, all trains honk when approaching/departing, it is impossible to sleep at night even with the windows closed. The morning after the first night I went to the reception and asked to change the room - the girl said that there was a big departure and she would change it as soon as the room became available and she would call. She still didn’t call until the evening, I came up again and said the same thing again, in the end I didn’t get any answer. If you don’t want or can’t change your number, just say so, why do it so ugly?! 3. Breakfast is nothing special, but nothing tasty either. Dinners are much tastier, but on the 3rd day half of the dishes on the menu were gone.. 4. In the room, everything in the minibar (chocolate, chips, cola, water) turned out to be paid for, which no one warned about and was not written anywhere. When leaving, they demanded money for the minibar.
Otherwise everything is fine.
I regretted that I chose this hotel, because... restful sleep and food are one of the main things for me on vacation.

Denart review
This was the most wonderful vacation of our lives. There were 6 days. The child was given an extra bed in the form of a cot, at no extra charge. There were some difficulties with the administrator, but the administrator Angelina quickly fixed everything and our vacation was not ruined thanks to her, she is a very responsive, wonderful girl .
It's a 7-minute walk to the sea, which saves a lot of time and there are a lot of entertainment places nearby.
I recommend !!!
