Disappointing Experience at Mamba Residence

Our stay at Mamba Residence was a nightmare. We had booked in advance, but upon arrival, they claimed they had no record of our reservation. With no other accommodation available, we were forced to squeeze six people into one room with old, uncomfortable beds they hastily found for us.
To make matters worse, they assured us we would only be charged half price for the inconvenience, but the final bill clearly did not reflect that. It was obvious they knew we had no other options and took advantage of the situation. The lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer service was shocking

No service after error

When we arrived, instead of the four rooms we had booked, there was only one single 8-person room.
There was no help to get, and we barely got enough discount despite the fact that we all slept in one room.
Very bad service after a big mistake from themselves
