A Warm, Welcoming Stay in Kigali

I had an amzing stay at Royal Crown Hotel in Kigali and would happily return. From check-in, the staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming, making me feel comfortable after a long journey. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. Breakfast offered a good range of fresh and tasty choices, and the restaurant staff provided friendly service throughout my stay. The hotel’s location made it easy to reach attractions, shops, and restaurants around Kigali, while still feeling peaceful at night. I also appreciated the quick Wi-Fi and the tidy common areas. The team went out of their way to answer questions and arrange transport when needed. Overall, this hotel is extremely perfect for travelers who want comfort, good service, and a convenient base in Kigali. Five stars from me.

A Good Stay with a Few Improvements Needed

I had a great stay at Royal Crown Hotel. The hotel was clean, the room was a nice size, and it had a comfortable setup. I appreciated the smart TV and the overall feel of the room.
The airport pickup service was convenient and cost $30. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, a plain omelette, and potatoes that were really good.
The only issue I had was that the balcony doors would not lock, which was something that should be addressed for guests’ safety and peace of mind.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good amenities and helpful service.
